Tenant and Leaseholder Directors 

Litsa Worrall - Tenant, Chair
Board Champion for Diversity
Litsa Worrall has been an Enfield resident for forty years and an Enfield tenant for the past twenty years, giving her insight into the needs of tenants and the problems they experience. She is Chief Executive of the Greek and Greek Cypriot Community of Enfield, a trustee of Enfield Voluntary Action and a steering group member of the Enfield Empowerment Network. This involvement equips her with a range of organisational management, financial and people skills to bring to Enfield Homes. She believes that her “100% commitment approach and ability to make tough decisions” will enable her to continue to steer the board on the successful course it has started since going live in April 2008.

Frances Sidey - Leaseholder, Vice Chair
Board Champion for Resident Involvement
Has lived in the Borough for over 20 years. A leaseholder for 4 years, and on the Board of a small local housing association since 2001, she has worked for many years in the housing field.

Janet Billingsley - Tenant
Is fully involved in the community life of Enfield, as chair of her local Community Action Partnership for Enfield, a committee member of the Tenants’ Association and secretary of Street Traders. She believes her 'knowledge of the local community', 'tenacity in helping people resolve problems' and ability to 'ask questions' will be assets to the Board.

Tracey Anang - Tenant
Board Champion for Customer Access
Tracey has lived in Enfield for over eleven years as an Enfield Council tenant. She is currently one of the directors of Enfield Disability Action and is also a representative of Enfield Community Empowerment Network on the Older Persons Board. Tracey’s experience as a disabled person gives her a good insight into the problems faced by tenants and leaseholders who have urgent need of housing services. She is keen to play a part in improving the lives of tenants and leaseholders by ensuring that their views and concerns are given a high priority.

Vicky Dungate - Tenant
Vicky Dungate is a Resident Board member. She is Chair and Vice Chair of Enfield Racial Equality Council (E.R.E.C) and also Vice Chair of Enfield Community Police Partnership (ECPP).
 

Nina Hoskins - Tenant
Nina’s background as a senior auditor has given her considerable experience in financial scrutiny. Although retired from that role, she likes to keep busy and has joined an Estate Agency where she works part time. She has been a resident of Enfield Council as well as a member of a resident association for many years. This led to being involved in monthly liaison meetings between residents, councillors, the Police and estate management at her local community hall.
