Executive Team

The Executive Team members of Enfield Homes are:

Stewart Holton
Chief Executive
Stewart Holton returned as Chief Executive in November 2010 having previously headed up Enfield Homes at the time of its launch in 2008. Stewart has extensive experience in leading organisations which provide housing services and investment. He believes that Enfield's housing services should meet the needs of Enfield Homes' residents and be among the best in the country. He is leading improvement and investment programmes in Enfield Homes which are intended to achieve these aims.

Acting Director of Finance and Resources

 

Mike Culligan
Director of Housing Operations
Michael has worked in Enfield for over 10 years and before this time with a number of London Housing Authorities. Working with residents and staff on improving the services and the environment in and around Enfield Homes estates are the most important aspects of his work as Director of the Operations Division.  Michael's view is that Enfield Homes has to be seen by its residents as making a difference to their homes and community - this is why our organisation exists.

Ron Pooley
Director of Property & Technical Services
Ron has over 20 years’ extensive experience as a Senior Director within major housing associations, local government, and private enterprise. Over the last ten years he has run his own company specialising in successfully turning round several housing associations and local authorities that have been in difficulties. As a Chartered Architect with over 30 years’ experience since qualification, he has successfully delivered Decent Homes and regeneration programme on a national basis, totalling over £1 billion.
