Monitoring our service

We will monitor people’s satisfaction with the way we have dealt with all cases of reported anti-social behaviour. Each year we aim to increase satisfaction levels. 

We will train all appropriate staff or offer refresher courses when any law, policy and procedure relating to anti-social behaviour changes.
