What is choice based lettings? 

Choice Based Lettings is a Government led scheme which aims to give Council Tenants, Registered Social Landlord Tenants, Housing Applicants and people in Temporary Accommodation more say in where they wish to live. In Enfield we run this scheme as "Choose your home". Choose your home recognises that there are not enough homes to go around and it is often difficult for you to know if you have a chance of getting one, or how long you may have to wait.
