Who can bid?

If you are on Enfield’s Active Register, you will automatically be registered with “Home Connections”. All you need to be able to bid is your USER ID and PIN number, which you will find in your letter. You SHOULD NOT bid using someone else’s User ID and PIN number. There is no limit to the amount of properties you can bid for. However, the size of the property you can bid for depends on what the Council considers will meet your needs.
