Comments and complaints
How to make a complaint
Complaints can be made in writing, by telephone, email, fax or in person.
A complainant may complain with or through a representative e.g. a relation, solicitor, Citizens Advice Bureau or a local Councillor. If you choose to do this you will need to give us authorisation to discuss the details of your complaint with your representative.
