Making a complaint

Tenants and members of the public who are affected by our services can complain. If any doubt exists as to whether you have the right to complain to Enfield Homes you should consult the Customer Feedback Team.

Complainants should raise their complaint within a reasonable timescale. Some discretion exists as to the timescale but typically complaints will only be accepted if they are received within 12 months from the date of the event that the complaint is made in respect of.

There is a three-stage complaints procedure, any request for a complaint to be escalated to stage three must be made within one calendar month from the date of our response to the previous stage.
