Our performance

Performance management matters to everyone who wants to see better served residents of Enfield Homes and strive for added value for Enfield Homes as an organisation and all its stakeholders.

The aim of the performance page is to provide comprehensive information for residents to keep them informed on services delivered, to gage a better understanding of why performance is the way it is and for residents to fulfil their scrutiny and challenge role.

Performance management helps to: 

  • set out our priorities – the targets reflect our agreed priorities, demonstrating commitment of focus and resources on what matters 
  • provide up to date information on our performance along with historic information
  • by using different types of measures we capture data from focus groups, in-depth interviews and surveys e.g. telephone / postal to measure the quality of our services
  • we benchmark on a national basis with other housing providers to ensure we meet national standards.
