Before the work starts

Well before the work starts we will start planning and gathering information. Our Resident Liaison Officer will contact you to find out any particular needs that you have, and will send you a Special Circumstances Questionnaire. When you receive this form please complete and return it quickly so that we can include your needs and plan the work. 

Our RLO will talk to many people and groups to get the best picture of what is important in the local area and of what information the contractor needs to be aware of. In addition to you we will talk to your block, estate or residents association representatives, the Police, local businesses and schools, and any other groups or service providers who may be affected by the work.

We may need to survey your home to confirm and finalise design details. If we do, we’ll write to you and let you know what is required and when we propose to visit.
