How to let us know

If you have a problem during the work, or are unhappy with the way we or the contractor are doing things, please let us know. We can then put things right, or provide you with an explanation of what is happening. To help with this process, we have a Major Work Complaints Procedure. More information on this, how it works, and who to speak to or contact, is included in your information pack. You can read more about this procedure in the Major Work Complaints Procedure leaflet.

Satisfaction surveys

Satisfaction surveys are vital to us, as we need to know what has gone well and what we could do better. Once the work to your home has been completed your RLO will contact you, usually in person, or by phone. They will ask you to answer some questions specific to how we and the contractor have handled works to your home.
