Decent homes

Introduction

We will be carrying out a programme of Decent Homes work to various properties during the year ahead and future years. This work may take a considerable time to complete and the finished work will provide you with new and modern facilities in your home. To make this as easy as possible for you, we keep you up to date in a variety of ways.

If your home is involved in a Decent Homes or major work project we will write to you well before it starts. If your home is not included on the current capital programme, or we have not already written to you, then we do not have immediate plans to work on your home, but we will keep you updated on plans for future schemes.

You will have a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) allocated to the scheme in which your home is included and they will make sure that your needs are appropriately supported.
