Roles of the Resident Liaison Officer
During the work to your home there will be two RLOs involved, one will be from Enfield Homes, the other will be from the contractor. Although the titles of these two individuals are the same you can expect each to play a slightly different role in the major works process.
Before the work starts the Enfield Homes’ RLO will be involved in advising you what to expect and how we propose to carry out the work.
Once a contractor is appointed and work starts to your home the contractor’s RLO will take over day to day contact with you. The contractor’s RLO will confirm your design options and choices, arrange appointments, advise you of work that needs to be done to your property, visit or call you each day while work is underway to your home, or alternatively complete a site/property diary at your home. If you have any problems during the work the contractor’s RLO will be the person who can help you.
The Enfield Homes’ RLO will from time to time make sure all is going well and at the end of the work to your home will arrange the satisfaction survey.
