Tenants' and residents' associations

Joining a tenants’ and residents’ association gives you the opportunity to work with your neighbours to change things. It’s hard to change things by yourself, but by getting together you have a stronger voice and can really make a difference.

There are over 30 tenants’ and residents’ associations in Enfield and even more informal tenants groups. Many of them have managed to get improvements on their estates by getting together and working towards common interests and goals. By joining or forming an association you can ensure you have a say in what happens on your estate.

We can support you and your association by providing practical and financial help. We can provide training for committee members on all aspects of running an association and can grant funding to cover expenses.
