Enfield Homes is a 2 Star Arms Length Management Organisation, in existence since April 2008 to manage London Borough of Enfield Housing Stock and to improve housing services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Rehousing Team as
Choice Based Lettings & Systems Co-ordinator. 

The team is responsible for reletting empty properties, including allocating properties to prospective new tenants and accompanying them to view the properties.

The main role of the postholder will be to co-ordinate the Choice Based Lettings Scheme, ensuring all available properties are advertised within timescale. The postholder will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the day to day functions of the team using various Information Technology applications.
   
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work in close partnership with others in meeting targets and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Candidates must have experience of working in a team as well as on their own initiative and must be organised and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You must also have a good understanding of social housing.

The team is responsible for meeting high profile performance targets and will be looking to recruit an enthusiastic, performance driven and innovative individual who is able to respond to and implement change. You must also be able to work directly with customers and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, experience of using computerised information systems and be confident in dealing with customers’ telephone enquiries.
