How to pay your service charges
There are several ways you can pay for service and major works charges
By direct debit:
- please contact Enfield Homes, Home Ownership Services on freephone 0800 40 80 160 (option 4 followed by option 2).
- or click on the link below to download a Direct Debit mandate, complete and return it to ENFIELD HOMES, FREEPOST, Home Ownership Services. On receipt an Income Officer will process your direct debit and write to you to advise you how much your payments will be and when they will start. You should continue to make payments using your current method of payment until you receive this letter from us.
Direct Debit mandate for leaseholders
Online:
- go to the 'Make a payment' page of this website, then follow the instructions, or
- through the website of your own bank. Enfield Council's account number is 81228307 and the sort code is 44-72-63. Please quote your 10-digit payment reference.
In person:
- by cash or cheque at the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm
- by cheque only at the Enfield Homes reception, Edmonton Centre from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.
At the bank:
- at an HSBC bank (no counter fee payable) or at any other bank (counter fee may be payable). Please allow 10 working days for payment to reach your account.
By standing order:
- please contact Enfield Homes, Home Ownership Services on freephone 0800 40 80 160 (option 4 followed by option 2).
By phone:
- using a debit card. Telephone 020 8379 1000.
By post:
- cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to Enfield Council and sent to PO BOX 63, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield N1 3XW. Your payment reference must be written on the back.
