Permission for alterations

You must get our written consent before altering or improving your property. This includes putting up an external aerial, satellite dish or other television or radio-receiving equipment.

If you don’t get our written consent before doing such work, this could cause problems when you come to sell the property.

To apply for consent to make an alteration please write to your tenancy manager with details of the work you wish to carry out including full details of the contractor/s you will be using. You also need to enclose a cheque for £45.00 made payable to 'Enfield Council', this covers the cost of administration and any surveyors visits.
