Understanding your bills
Estimate
In March each year you will receive a statement showing your share of the estimated cost of services for the new financial year which starts on 1 April.

Invoice
You will receive a quarterly service charge invoice (bill) at the start of each quarter of the financial year. Invoices will be sent in April, July, October and January. The invoice will be for a quarter of your estimated service charge for the whole financial year
Under the terms of your lease these invoice are due to be paid within 14 days of receipt. However, we can now offer a monthly direct debit payment plan instead. Please contact your Leaseholder Income Officer on freephone 0800 40 80 160 for more information.

Actual
In September each year you will received a statement of the actual cost of services for the previous financial year ending 31 March. This will include any credit or debit adjustments, depending on the actual charges for the previous financial year. Although the lease requires payment of any debit adjustment on demand, we are happy for an arrangement to be made to clear this debit by the end of the current financial year.

Repairs listing
A repairs listing is a list of repairs which have been carried out to your flat, block and/or estate. After we have issued the actual cost of services statement in September we work to issue a list of repairs which have been included under the headings 'Estate Works', 'Responsive Repairs to your Block' and 'Repairs to your Flat'. This enables leaseholder to comment on the repairs that they have been charged for.
