Enfield's draft housing strategy
Get Involved - tell us what you think
Enfield Council would like to hear your views about plans for housing in the borough. They are set out in Enfield's Draft 15 year Housing Strategy.
The council carries out a range of activities and services to meet housing need in the borough. It works jointly with local organisations and residents; they include voluntary and community groups, housing associations, developers, private landlords and agents and government organisations.
Enfield Council's draft housing strategy aims to:
- provide advice and choice for people in housing need, for example those who are homeless or living in homes not suitable for their needs
- make sure new homes are built to a high standard for people to live in; these include affordable homes and family sized homes
- make sure more homes are good quality and good for the environment.
