Enfield Homes' mobile office

We want it to be as easy as possible for you to reach Enfield Homes if you need to. So we are bringing a mobile office – in the shape of a bright purple van to your estate or nearby location.

The service is called ‘ON YOUR DOORSTEP’ and it is especially for those of our customers who do not live within easy reach of our Edmonton Green office, or for whom travel is difficult.

Our purple Enfield Homes bus will visit a number of areas during the first full week of every month, from Tuesday to Friday, at a variety of times, one of which may well suit you.

You can deal with all sorts of queries by visiting our mobile office. These include: checking your rent account, reporting a repair, asking for information and much more. Our highly trained and experienced staff will be happy to help with any housing queries that you may have. You can drop in on the days and times shown for each location, or you can make an appointment in advance by calling freephone 0800 40 80 160.
