How to pay your service charges
There are several ways you can pay for service and major works charges.
By direct debit
- contact Home Ownership Services on freephone 0800 40 80 160 (option 4 followed by option 2). or
- download a Direct Debit mandate and return it to FREEPOST, Enfield Homes, Home Ownership Services
By post
Cheques and postal orders should crossed and made payable to Enfield Council. They should be sent to PO Box 63, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XW. Please ensure your 10 digit payment reference number which starts 050 is written on the back.
In person
- by cash or cheque at the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm
- by cheque at Enfield Homes Reception, Edmonton Centre from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.
At the bank
At an HSBC bank (no counter fee payable) or at any other bank (counter fee may be payable). Please allow 10 working days for payment to reach your account.
By standing order
At an HSBC bank (no counter fee payable) or at any other bank (counter fee may be payable). Please allow 10 working days for payment to reach your account.(option 4 followed by option 2).

Online
You can pay your service charges now on the Enfield Council site by clicking on the link below and selecting 'Service charges / Ground Rent' in the 'Payment type' drop-down menu option.
