Service charges

Service charges for tenants

Although service charges usually apply to leaseholders, we may charge some tenants for extra services we provide. For example, we may charge for:

• communal heating system
• caretaking services
• grounds maintenance
• closed-circuit television, where appropriate
• the emergency call system (Community Alarm)
• warden support services.

We will let you know if any of these charges apply to you. We may introduce a  service charge for any new service, for example increased caretaking or grounds maintenance services, but we will consult you before we introduce any new charge.
