Reporting repairs

You can report a repair:

By calling the repairs4you centre on freephone 0800 40 80 160 (Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm). If you are calling from a mobile phone you may find it cheaper to call 020 8379 1327. If you have an emergency between 5pm and 8.30am, call the Customer Services Centre on 020 8379 1000.

Or you can tell your Estate Manager when they visit or tell your caretaker or the concierge if there is one.

When you contact us you will need to tell us:

• your name, address and daytime phone number
• what needs repairing – with as much information as possible
• whether you are hard of hearing or have difficulty getting to the door
• the best time for an appointment.  

You will be offered an appointment for a surveyor to make an inspection or for a contractor to do the repair. We now make appointments up until 7pm Monday-Friday and on Saturday mornings from 8.30am-1pm.

You must allow our staff or contractors into your home at any reasonable time to do our repairs, inspections or improvement work. We will give you at least 24 hours’ warning that we will call, except in an emergency. If it is an emergency and you do not let us in, we may have to force entry.
