Under-occupation Scheme

We could pay you to relocate with our Under-occupation Scheme.

This scheme is for Enfield Council tenants and could be just the encouragement you need (only applies to Enfield Council tenants who we rehouse in alternative homes in the borough). If you are a single person or couple aged 70 years or over and giving up two or more bedrooms, there may be other options available to you. Please call us for more information.

We offer:

• £500 for downsizing by 1 bedroom
• £1,500 for downsizing by 2 bedrooms
• £2,500 for downsizing by 3 bedrooms.

Plus:

• relocation package including removal costs
• further incentives to help you move.
