Looking after your home

You are responsible for keeping the inside of your home in a good condition. You should take care not to damage your home or your neighbours’ homes. You should have any washing machine, dishwasher, electric or gas cooker professionally installed and you should not use any of these appliances if you suspect they are faulty.

Please remember that you are responsible for your members of family and visitors, not to allow them to damage your home.
