Grounds maintenance

We have a grounds maintenance contract for communal external areas on our land. The contract says that:

• grass will be cut every 10 working days from March to November
• leaves will be cleared once a year at the end of leaf fall
• shrub beds will be maintained three times a year
• the edges of grass areas will be trimmed once a year between October and March
• we also have a weed-spray contract for controlling weeds growing on all hard surfaces on our land
• we do maintenance work on trees according to priority – we deal with trees that are a health-and-safety hazard first.
