Tenancy and estate management services
Tenancy and estate management staff work with our tenants and leaseholders to ensure that issues relating to their homes are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. They are able to provide important support to our tenants ensuring that they maintain their tenancy.
For details of your Estate Manager, click here or email tenancy@enfieldhomes.org or call us on 0800 40 80 160, if you require further information.
Estate mangers visit all new tenants to help them settle in, and give advice on their responsibility to the tenancy and make them aware of services provided by Enfield Homes in the locality.
They will manage any potential changes there can be to a tenancy, including the processing of assignments and successions, completing transfer request reports, mutual exchanges and the ending of a tenancy.
The Estate team also has the important role of investigating anti-social behaviour and any breaches of tenancy relating to our properties. This covers a wide-ranging number of issues; for example the vandalism of property, causing nuisance or harassment to neighbours, through to the use of the property in unlawful ways. The team will take the appropriate necessary action to obtain a satisfactory resolution for all concerned parties. This action can, in some cases, include the demotion of a tenancy through to eviction and repossession.
